The Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KeLSA), the Chief Electoral officer, and the Janamaithri Police are jointly organizing a state-level voter awareness campaign titled “My Vote, My Strength.” The state-level inauguration of the campaign will be held on March 28, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Manaveeyam Veedhi, Thiruvananthapuram, by the Honorable Thiruvananthapuram Principal District and Sessions Judge, Smt. S. Naseera. The campaign is part of an awareness initiative to overcome the lack of interest among the youth toward the electoral process. Various awareness activities are being organized across the state as part of the campaign: **“My Vote, My Strength” street plays. **Flash mobs led by law college students. **Awareness classes led by Panel Lawyers and Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs). **Interactive sessions with newly enrolled voters. **Quiz competitions related to voting rights. **Distribution of informative leaflets. **Public awareness programs in collaboration with the District Administration and the Police. In a press conference held ahead of the state-level inauguration, Chief Electoral Officer Dr. Rathan U. Kelkar IAS, Senior Civil Judge S. Shamnad, and Thiruvananthapuram City Police Commissioner K. Karthik IPS participated and briefed the media.
